Can you add cameras to the EUFY security system?

The Eufy home security system allows you to add up to 16 additional cameras per home base. This means that with the primary system, you can purchase and mount that many cameras in and around your home for extra security.29 Jan 2022 [1]

Up to 16 cameras can be connected to each base station. And multiple Homebases can be used in a single home and handled in the same eufy account. [3]

Apple officially stated that 2TB cloud storage supports up to five cameras for recording. We have two series that can work with HomeKit: eufyCam 2 Series and Indoor Cam 2K Series. Yes. The eufyCam/E/2/2C/2 Pro/2C Pro can work with the HomeBase 2. Thus, you can add the eufyCam 2C add-on cameras to the eufyCam 2 system. [9]

For Homebase 1, it supports the AI feature for all the cameras that paired with Homebase. The Homebase 2 can be used with the Apple HomeKit, and we apply the HSV beta on the device at this stage. The functionality is similar to what you can do with Alexa and Google. Only a small selection of Eufy cameras work with Apple HomeKit and the Apple Home app: Solo IndoorCam C24, Solo IndoorCam P24, and EufyCam models using the HomeBase 2 hub (2, 2 Pro, 2C, and 2C Pro). [11]

To address your concern, each Homebase is allow you to add 16 cameras and 16 entry sensors devices. Please noted that each camera device can only be paired with one Home base at a time. For the better signal pick up, you can use two Homebase in different areas for your personal preference. [13]
